(Visit the University Homepage → Link Service : Click on Web Certificate Issuance → Click on Web Certificate Issuance Service banner) - Membership Registration : Enter ID (Email), password, the Mobile number after authentication (I-pin or Mobile phone)
- Login : Login with registered email and password
- Issuance of Certificate : Select a course name (undergraduate or graduate school) → Select certificate to issue
Note : It may not be printed depending on the computer and print conditions. Be sure to make a printer test in advance.

- Visit the near Post Office and request by the next-day express enclosed with a return envelope and the cost of issuing the certificate.
Request anywhere
- Offices/Community Centers in Municipal, County, Ward
- Visit the institution and fill out the Application Form anywhere (Fax)
- Payment of Certificate cost and Fee (Make a payment to the Institution you apply)
- Receipt (30 minutes or less, but legal processing time is within 3 hours)
Visit for Issuance
- Place of Issuance : Visit the corridor on the 1st floor of Future Convergence Technology Research Center, or Academic Support Team for immediate issuance.
Unattended Certificate Issuer
- Location : Lobby, 1st floor of Future Convergence Technology Research Center
- Issuance time : 24 hours including holidays

Responsibilities of Civil Service Center
- Leave of absence, return to school, Withdrawal, Correction of Academic Records
Fill out the Request Form for Correction of the Registration Information of Academic Record and submit it to the Academic Support Team (Enrolled students, Leavers, Graduates)

- Name correction (Family Register with the name change)
- The first six digits of the Social Security Number (the family register with the change)
- The last seven digits of the Social Security Number (Resident Registration with Changes)
