Major introduction
The importance of nutrition, food, and dining industries is increasing for all classes of people in a modern society that is entering the era of food culture for the welfare society orientation and creation. Accordingly, the Food & Nutrition major program of the School of Wellness Industry Convergence aims to develop education that strengthens theory, practice, and field practice for the nurturing of nutritionists, nutrition teachers, and professional industrial personnel with the capability to lead the practice in the field of national nutrition, group meals, and the restaurant industry.
Career paths after graduation
Nutritionist, nutrition teacher, school meal and clinical nutritionist, cook, food-related public servant, government agency and industrial food research institute, cooking researcher, food-related business manager, advisor of food and nutrition related organization (health promotion center, sports center, and diet center), food stylist, restaurant manager, restaurant-related specialist, professional reporter and journalist for broadcasting media, start-ups related to nutrition and cooking, entering graduate school.
